1. The New Rigid Box

The logic behind providing a flat version of a rigid box is very simple and is explained in the video below.

1. As an example the M&S Xmas Advent beauty Tree is shown below with the following benefits:-
   • 3000 incoming pallets of rigid packaging reduced to 260 in flat format – reducing supply chain costs and carbon emissions by a factor of over 10
   • No shipping costs or transport to and from port reducing carbon emissions by a factor of 20
   • 300,000 finished packs produced and delivered flat in 5 weeks

2. Paperboard Tubes – 100% recyclable

Having pioneered shaped tubes in the early 1990s Concept designed and created many of the shapes and tubes in the marketplace today.

With manufacturing partners on 3 continents Concept are about to commission a purpose-built brand-new Tube making facility in 2025.

1. Paper board bases make these tubes 100% recyclable
2. As a benefit of the manufacturing process internal print is cost effective as its printed on the same sheet as the face. – see printed sheets in images below
3. Better quality print/emboss embellishments possible on carton board than paper glued to spiral wound tubes
4. Multiple locations – cost effective for small and large volumes – product shipped and then packed directly into the same corrugated outer

3. Carton Board Fitments

The sustainable option to vac formings and expensive pulp mouldings is our carton board fitment system. Our fitments are tried and tested through distribution chains and have been described by a leading Retailer as the best on the market.

1. Key to fitments is clever design that holds the products in place and very thorough transit testing
2. There are numerous ways to design these from simple 1 piece fitments to a patented system that effectively joins 2 pieces of board without glue.
3. Can be inserted as a manual, semi-automatic or even fully automated system.
4. Recyclable, eye catching and sustainable.
5. Fully printed and fully transit tested

1. A cost effective circular carton that has a crash lock/envelope base and folds flat.. – see images below showing flat format
2. Supplied with a jig for fast manual assembly on site
